ADVANCE Registration IS CLOSED


On-site registration will open Sunday, Oct. 21, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in front of Exhibit Hall C. Registration will stay open through the end of the symposium, closing before the Hall of Fame Dinner and Awards Banquet.

Do NOT fax registrations. Faxed registrations WILL NOT be processed after Monday, Oct. 15.

Please feel free to print and complete the on-site exhibitor registration form and present it at the registration counters to expedite your on-site registration process.

Substitutions after Oct. 15 should be made on site. Please bring with you to the registration counters signed, written permission of the original registrant. Faxed and mailed substitutions can not be honored after Oct. 15.

Cancellations made after Oct. 16, 2007, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Cancellations received by USGIF prior to this date in accordance with the cancellation and substitution policy will be refunded following the conclusion of the GEOINT 2007 Symposium.



Exhibitor badge includes:

  • Access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall all three (3) show days
  • Access to food functions served in the Exhibit Hall
  • Access to the Welcome Party
  • Access to the receptions held within the Exhibit Hall
  • Access to Corporate Hospitality Night

Exhibitor badges do not include access to the General Sessions or the Hall of Fame Dinner & Awards Banquet on Wednesday, October 24. Tickets for the Hall of Fame Dinner may be purchased through Exhibitor Registration.
