Refund and Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be provided after October 16, 2007, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. Cancellations made aftere subject to a processing fee and must be submitted in writing using the Cancellation/Substitution/Refund Request Form and mailed or faxed to:
